Over a span of a 30-year career with Unilever, Burt is recognized as a proven CPG sales leader and general manager of cross-functionally collaborative teams. He led multiple functions at Unilever including:
- Retail Excellence (Perfect Store)
- Category Management/Insights
- Shopper Marketing
- Sales with Global Grocery, eCommerce, Natural and Organic, National, and Regional Retailers.
Burt also led the transition of well-known Unilever brands (Ragu & Bertolli) to private equity ownership and built a new, fully functional sales organization for Mizkan.
He has received numerous awards from industry associations as well as retailers and has been a frequent guest speaker at industry events.
